• When and where can I see Man And Witch? Find the theaters closest to you and buy your tickets today at manandwitch.com/watch or via Fathom Events! If there's not a theater near you, please consider inviting your friends to the film in order to get the contest entries. You and your friend can join the meet & greet together if you win!
• What is Nomadica? The Nomadica Wine team are dear friends of Tami and Man And Witch -- Nomadica created a special limited edition wine celebrating the film and Tami’s return to the big screen after 40 years. You can get entries to this competition by buying Nomadica’s wine! Use code WITCH15 for 15% off
• What if I’m not 21? You can still enjoy a mocktail with Tami on Zoom! If you want to gift your wine to someone in your life who is 21+ and in an eligible state, then the person must receive the wine themselves and present their ID in order to accept the delivery. This wine is for 21+ only as per law.
• What if I’m not in an eligible Nomadica state? Nomadica does not ship to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia. Therefore, you can get the wine shipped to a nearby state and go pick it up, or you can gift it to a loved one in another eligible state or ask them to hold onto it for you. 
• Will I meet Tami in person if I win? These prizes are for Zoom meet and greets, you’ll get time to chat with Tami.
• Can I have a friend with me during the meet and greet? Absolutely! You can invite as many friends to your Zoom as you want!

Rules, Terms & Conditions Apply

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to individuals of any age from all around the world. However, to receive the Nomadica wine, the recipient must be 21 years of age or older and reside in the United States.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the contest organizers are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The contest begins on July 13, 2024, and ends on July 31, 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Participants can enter by commenting and sharing the social posts announcing the giveaway.
• Participants can enter by purchasing tickets and emailing their proof of purchase to [email protected]. Each ticket purchased = 1 entry.
• Participants can enter by shopping Nomadica Wine using code WITCH15 (and get 15% off!). Each can of wine purchased = 1 entry.

4. Prizes:

• Three (3) winners will receive the following grand prize:
• A Zoom meet and greet with Tami Stronach over a glass of Nomadica wine or a mocktail.
• Merchandise and exclusive memorabilia.
• Four (4) cans of Nomadica wine.
• Disclaimer: To receive the wine, winners must be 21 years of age or older and reside in an eligible state within the United States. The wine will not be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia. Shipping of wine is limited to the United States only. If the winner is not in the United States, the wine will not be included in their prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• Winners will be notified via email after July 31st, 2024. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within seven (7) days, an attempt will be made to contact them via phone.
• If the winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of the phone contact, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final and binding.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.
• The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest if it is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond their control.

7. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the course of the contest will be used for administering this contest and for marketing purposes by Man And Witch and Nomadica. By entering the contest, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the contest organizers in accordance with their privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The contest organizers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the contest.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold the contest organizers harmless against any and all claims or liability arising out of use or redemption of the prize.
